Example of associating an existing NSF with an on disk project

This topic provides an example of associating an existing NSF with an on disk project.

Let's say you are looking at an early copy of an application that a colleague has sent to you by email. This application has since been posted in source control and you have now been asked to help with it. In this case, you need to get the "real" version to replace the one sent to you in the email.

This procedure is the same as the Associating an on-disk project with an existing NSF topic except the associating action is taken from the NSF and the choices are the on-disk projects. The on-disk project that you associate with the NSF will be the one used for source control operations. For steps on how to do this, refer to the Associating the NSF with an existing on-disk project topic.
