Group by order

If you have placed an order from the storefront that contains more than one item, all the items are grouped together and only the order number is displayed on the Order Management page, when Group by order toggle button is enabled. You can view all the items and details of the order placed from the storefront.

About this task

If a Group by Order toggle button is enabled, Order Number, Order date and Time, and Marketplace columns are shown for all the status tabs.

All the Order Numbers further provide information related to the order item numbers that are included for each product. Detailed information of the product is shown.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select the Marketplace tool. Within the tool, there is a Sellers tab, and a Marketplaces tab (if there are multiple marketplaces).
  3. If you have only one marketplace assigned, from the list of available sellers, find the seller for whom you want to view the grouped orders. Click on the Access Seller Dashboard link in the same row. The Seller Dashboard page opens.
  4. If you have more than one marketplaces assigned, follow the steps given below:
    • You can view the information related to the group by orders from the Marketplaces tab.
      • Select the marketplace to search the order.
      • A marketplace landing page opens. This page has all the existing sellers listed.
      • From the landing page, go to Access Seller Dashboard given in the same row of the seller name. A Seller Dashboard page opens.
    • You can view the information related to the group by orders from a Sellers tab.
      • From the landing page, click on the seller name. Manage Seller page opens.
      • Click on Access Seller Dashboard. A Seller Dashboard page opens.
  5. Select Orders on the seller dashboard page. All the existing orders are listed on this page.
    Note: Orders are accessible only in a live environment. You will not be able to access the Orders functionality through the Auth environment.
  6. Enable the Group by Order toggle button. Each status tab shows grouped orders.
    • On-Hold Orders
      • Select On-Hold tab. This page lists all the orders that are placed from the storefront. The total number of orders is shown in the brackets. It takes a few minutes for the order to move from on-hold to ready for processing.
      • Click on the arrow given beside the order item number, the Product Name and SKU is displayed.
      • Click on the arrow beside the Product name to view the following information:
        • Recipient Information
        • Ship Mode
        • Part Number
        • Unit Price
        • Quantity
        • Total Price
    • Ready for Processing
      • Select the Ready for Processing tab. The total number of orders is shown in the brackets. When a new order is placed, it takes a few minutes for the order to move from on-hold to ready for processing.
      • Click on the arrow given beside the order item number, the Product Name and SKU is displayed with Confirm and Cancel buttons. You can either Confirm or Cancel the order by clicking the respective button.
      • Click on the arrow beside the Product name to view the following information:
        • Recipient Information
        • Ship Mode
        • Part Number
        • Unit Price
        • Quantity
        • Total Price
      • To confirm all the orders at once, select the check box beside the header and click Confirm. All the Ready for Processing orders are confirmed.
      • To cancel all the orders at once, select the check box beside the header and click Cancel. All the Ready for Processing orders are cancelled
    • Confirmed
      • Select Confirmed tab. This page lists all the orders that are confirmed by the Marketplace Operator or Marketplace Seller. The total number of orders are shown in the bracket.
      • Click on the arrow beside the order item number, the Product Name and SKU is displayed with Set To Shipped and Cancel buttons. You can either provide shipping details by selecting Set To Shipped or cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button.
      • Click on the arrow beside the Product name to view the following information:
        • Recipient Information
        • Ship Mode
        • Part Number
        • Unit Price
        • Quantity
        • Total Price
      • If all the orders are shipped, select the check box beside the header and click Set To Shipped. A Specify Shipping Details window is displayed. Enter the following information:
        • Shipped Date
        • Shipped Time
        • Tracking Number
        • Select the Ship Mode from the list of available shipping modes.
        • You can enable the Add Comment To Order toggle button to add a comment, if any.
        • After entering the shipping details, click on Confirm Shipment Details. The shipping details are updated successfully.
      • To cancel all the orders at once, select the check box given beside the header and click Cancel. All the confirmed orders are cancelled.
    • Shipped
      • Select Shipped tab. This page lists all the orders that are shipped by the Seller. The total number of shipped orders is shown in the brackets.
      • Click on the arrow beside the order item number, the Product Name and SKU is displayed with Edit Ship Details button.
      • Click on the arrow beside the Product name to view the following information:
        • Recipient Information
        • Ship Mode
        • Part Number
        • Unit Price
        • Quantity
        • Total Price
      • Click on Edit Ship Details to update the existing shipping details.
        • Update the Shipped Date.
        • Update the Shipped Time.
        • Update the Tracking Number.
        • Change the Ship Mode from the list of available shipping modes.
        • You can enable the Add Comment To Order toggle button to add a comment, if any.
        • After entering the shipping details, click on Confirm Shipment Details. The shipping details are updated successfully.
