Shipped Marketplace orders

HCL Commerce allows the Marketplace Seller to view the shipped orders and edit shipping details through the Seller Dashboard. Shipped orders are the orders that are shipped by the sellers after receiving the order request from the shopper.

About this task

For Shipped orders, the shipping details can be edited from the Shipped tab or by uploading the updated .CSV file. See .CSV file for Orders for more information.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select Seller Dashboard.
    Note: If you have more than one seller organizations assigned, all the associated Seller Organizations are listed on this page. Find the seller for whom you want to update orders. Click on the Access Seller Dashboard link in the same row. The Seller Dashboard page opens.
  3. On the seller dashboard page, select Orders. The Order Management page opens.
    Note: Orders are accessible only in a live environment. You will not be able to access the Orders functionality through the Auth environment.
  4. Select the Shipped tab. All the shipped orders are displayed on the screen.
  5. Click on the arrow beside the order item number, to view the following information related to the specific order:
    • Recipient Information
    • Ship Mode
    • Part Number
    • Unit Price
    • Quantity
    • Total Price
  6. You can edit the existing shipping details available for the shipped order. Click on the Edit Ship Details button. The Edit Shipment Details window is displayed.
    Note: You can modify shipping details of multiple orders only if they belong to the same store. If the order items belongs to different stores, an error message is displayed on the screen.
    • Update the Shipped Date.
    • Update the Shipped Time.
    • Update the Tracking Number.
    • Change the Ship Mode from the list of available shipping modes.
    • You can enable the Add Comment To Order toggle button to add a comment, if any.
    • After entering the shipping details, click on Confirm Shipment Details. The shipping details are updated successfully.
  7. You can edit the shipping details for all the shipped orders at once. Select the check box in the header row to select all the orders at once.
  8. Click on the Edit Ship Details button to modify shipping details for all the items. The Edit Shipment Details window is displayed.
  9. Provide the shipping details and click on the Confirm Shipment Details button. The shipping details for all the shipped order are updated successfully.
