Search Marketplace orders

HCL Commerce allows the Marketplace Seller to search orders that are placed from the storefront, through the Seller dashboard.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select Seller Dashboard.
    Note: If you have more than one seller organizations assigned, all the associated Seller Organizations are listed on this page. Find the seller for whom you want to update orders. Click on the Access Seller Dashboard link in the same row. The Seller Dashboard page opens.
  3. On the seller dashboard page, select Orders. The Order Management page opens.
    Note: Orders are accessible only in a live environment. You will not be able to access the Orders functionality through the Auth environment.
  4. In the Search field, enter the Order number, SKU, or Product name. All the orders related to the search result are displayed on the screen.
  5. You can filter the orders using a date range. Click on the Filter by Date Range button. You can select one of the following options:
    • Last day
    • Last 15 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Last quarter
    • Last year
    • All time
    • You can select Custom Date Range option to view orders for the selected date range.
      • Click on Custom Date Range. Enter a date in the From date column. You can also select the date from the calender.
      • Enter a date in the To date column. You can also select the date from the calender.
      • After selecting dates, click on the Set Date Range button.
      • All the orders related to the selected date range are on the screen.
  6. You can filter orders according to Marketplace. Click on the Filter by Marketplace button. Select the marketplace for which the order was created. All the orders related to the selected marketplace are displayed on the screen.

Results

All the orders can be searched with the Order number, SKU, Product name, Date range, and Marketplace. The search results are displayed on the screen.
