Catalog Updates

HCL Commerce allows the Marketplace Seller to create, search, cancel, and filter catalog update requests. They can also refresh the catalog updates home page to load the updated information. The Marketplace Seller can access the catalog entries through the Seller Dashboard. As a Marketplace Seller, you can download the .CSV file containing all the information related to the products available for shoppers on the storefront. You can update and upload the .CSV file for the latest product attributes.

Note: Catalog Update is accessible only in the Auth environment. You cannot access the Catalog functionality through the live environment.
Note: Only the Marketplace Operator assigned with the Workspace task group approver role can approve catalog update requests.
