Deliver from Stream

Use the Deliver from Stream dialog box to deliver your work from a UCM development view.

This dialog box lists the parameters currently in effect for the deliver operation, and lets you change them.

Controls in the dialog box

The following controls appear in the dialog box:

Control name Control description
Deliver from view The name of the view from which the activities will be delivered.
New Click to create a new VersionVault view from which the activities will be delivered.
Target Stream The name of the stream to which the activities will be delivered. By default, this is the UCM project's integration stream.
Change Click to select a different target stream to which the activities will be delivered.
Using View The name of the VersionVault view to which the delivered elements will be merged. By default, this is the integration view you created when you joined this UCM project.
New Click to create a new VersionVault view to which the delivered elements will be merged.
Perform merges automatically if possible Select this check box if you want merges that do not contain conflicts to be handled automatically. Clearing this check enables you to merge elements graphically, even if the merge does not contain conflicts.
Deliver Activities Select this option if you are delivering UCM activities. This option is selected by default.
Deliver Baselines Select this option if you are delivering baselines.
Activities Displays a list of activities in this view that contain undelivered work. Click Select All to specify that all activities containing undelivered work are currently selected. Click Deselect All to specify that no activities are currently selected. Click Properties to view the properties of the currently selected activity.
Checkouts/Hijacks Displays a list of resources that are currently checked out or hijacked in the view. Select Check in to check in the currently selected checked-out resource. Click Undo to undo a check out if the currently selected resource is checked out or to undo a hijack operation if the currently selected resource is hijacked. The result of the deliver process depends on the UCM Deliver policies that are set on the VersionVault server. The text above this option explains the UCM Deliver policies that are currently in effect regarding resources that are checked out or hijacked.
Baselines Specify the baselines which you are delivering. You can select Deliver stream's recommended baselines, Deliver stream's latest baselines, Deliver these baselines (which you can enter manually), or Deliver selected baselines. The deliver stream's recommended baseline is selected by default. Click Add to add a new baseline to the list. Select a baseline in the list and then click Change to replace the selected baseline with a different baseline. Select a baseline in the list and then click Remove to remove the baseline from the list. Select a baseline in the list and then click Properties to view the properties of the baseline.
OK Confirms the operation and allows it to proceed.
Cancel Cancels the operation.
