Suspending a seller

The Management Center allows you to temporarily prevent a seller from selling in all marketplaces by suspending a seller through the Marketplace tool.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select the Marketplace tool. Within the tool, there is a Sellers tab, and a Marketplaces tab (if there are multiple marketplaces).
  3. If you have only one marketplace assigned, follow the steps given below to suspend a seller:
    • Click on Manage Seller. A manage seller page opens for the selected seller.
    • From the Global Actions menu, click Suspend Seller.
    • A Confirm Suspension dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Suspend Seller and the seller is suspended successfully.
  4. If you have more than one marketplaces assigned, follow the steps given below to suspend a seller:
    • You can suspend a seller from the Marketplaces tab.
      • Click on Manage Seller Globally option given in the same row of the seller name. Manage Seller page opens.
      • From the Global Actions menu, go to Suspend Seller. The selected seller is suspended to sell products.
      • A Confirm Suspension dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Suspend Seller and the seller is suspended successfully.
    • You can suspend a seller from the Sellers tab.
      • On the landing page, click Suspend to suspend the seller.
      • A Confirm Suspension dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Suspend Seller and the seller is suspended successfully.
      • From the landing page click on the seller name. Manage Seller page opens.
      • From the Global Actions menu, click Suspend Seller.
      • A Confirm Suspension dialog box is displayed on the screen. Click Suspend Seller and the seller is suspended successfully.
