Searching for seller registration requests

Management Center allows you to search for the seller registration request created for the Marketplace store using a seller name and email ID.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From the hamburger menu, select the Marketplace tool. Within the tool, there is a Sellers tab, and the Approvals tab (if you have logged in as Marketplace Operators or Site Administrators).
    Note: In the case of multiple marketplaces, the Marketplaces tab is also displayed along with the sellers and approvals tab.
  3. Select Approvals > Seller Registrations. The Marketplace Seller Registrations page opens. All the Pending Approval requests are displayed on the landing page by default.
  4. You can search for the seller registration request by entering the name or Email ID of the seller in the Search field. A list of all the related IDs and seller names is displayed.
  5. Requests with the Pending Approval status are displayed by default. You can filter the search. In the Filter by status column, select the status you want to list. All the requests related with the selected filter are listed.
  6. You can also filter the requests by date. In the Filter by Date Range field, select the days as required.
    • You can customise the date range to view the requests received during the specific period. To customise, select Custom Date Range option from the Filter by Date Range field.
    • A Filter by Date Range window is displayed. Enter the From date and To date.
    • Click the Set date range button to set the customised date. All the registration requests received during the customised dates are displayed.
