  2. From the hamburger menu, select the Marketplace tool. Within the tool, there is a Sellers tab, and the Approvals tab (if you have logged in as Marketplace Operators or Site Administrators).
Note: In the case of multiple marketplaces, the Marketplaces tab is also displayed along with the sellers and approvals tab.
  3. Select Approvals > Seller Registrations. The Marketplace Seller Registrations page opens. All the Pending Approval requests are displayed on the landing page by default.
  4. To reject the request, use one of the following methods:
    • From the Actions menu, click on the Reject button. A Confirm Rejection window is displayed on the screen.
      • Enable the toggle button to add a comment.
      • Click Reject Registration. The seller is rejected for the registration. An email is sent to the email ID you entered while creating a seller registration request.
    • From the Seller column, click on the seller name. The seller information page opens. There are three fields shown on this page.
      • You can directly click on the Reject button at the top right column of the page and add a comment to provide a reason for rejection.

      • Enable the toggle button to add a comment.
      • Click Reject Registration. The seller is rejected for the registration. An email is sent to the email ID you entered while creating a seller registration request.
  5. Click the Refresh icon to update the information displayed on the page.
  6. Once the request is rejected, you cannot modify the existing request. Again a new request should be created for seller registration.
