Loading resources into a VersionVault view

To work with resources in a VersionVault Web view or snapshot view that are under VersionVault source control, load them into the view. Load rules are optional for automatic views and inapplicable to dynamic views.

About this task

The load rules for a VersionVault view specify the path names of directories and files to load from remote VersionVault repositories. To create load rules, you can use the Load Rules tab of the Edit Configuration dialog box, or you can use the VersionVault Navigator view to explore repository contents and load individual resources and resource hierarchies as you find them.

If you are using the HCL VersionVault Explorer for Eclipse, you can use import project or import project set operations to create load rules and load project resources in a single operation.
