Collecting MustGather data for approval-related issues

Prepare the following MustGather information before you call HCL Support to help with approval-related issues.


  1. Configure trace on the Approval Server Docker container.
    For information on configuration trace on the Approval Server Docker container, and details on the available components and trace levels, see Configuring logging for the Approval server.
  2. Reproduce the problem.

    Record the specific steps that you used to reproduce the problem and any details that might be relevant.

  3. Collect the following file.
    • From the Approval Server Docker container:
      • /SETUP/app/logs/trace*.log


The collected logs, the detailed instructions on reproducing the problem, and any other details about the issue can now be shared with HCL Customer Support.
