About tracking bounced messages

Bounced messages are messages that were transmitted successfully but were returned due to problems with the mailing infrastructure, the destination mailbox, or with how the message is characterized by email filters used by Internet Service Providers (ISP).

Deliver tracks email messages that cannot be delivered to the address configured for the message. Deliver uses response messages attached to returned email to identify why the email message is being rejected. Summary return statistics are available for each mailing in the Detailed Bounce report. Analyzing this information can help you to find ways to improve your message delivery rate.
