Deliver provides various reports to help you analyze your mailings from several perspectives, including mailing performance, mailing execution history, message deliverability, and how recipients view your marketing messages.

    The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.

Deliver reports

Deliver provides various reports to help you analyze your mailings from several perspectives, including mailing performance, mailing execution history, message deliverability, and how recipients view your marketing messages.

Unica continually receives message responses and makes the response data available for download to your local environment. The Response and Contact Tracker (RCT) periodically downloads the response data and stores the data in the Deliver system tables. Stored database procedures process the responses according to a configurable schedule for improved report performance. After the stored procedures finish processing the data, you can view updated response metrics in various reports.
