Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns.     The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.

Analyzing mailing delivery

Deliver provides various reports for message delivery and messages viewed so that you can determine how many messages reached the target recipient and how many recipients opened the email to view the information that you sent.

Review the following reports to analyze message delivery.

Summary delivery information is available in the Message Overview Report report.
The Detailed Bounce report report provides a breakdown of delivery failures by category.
Totals for messages recieved also appear in the Detailed Link Report and Detailed Link by Cell Report reports.
