Analyzing email responses

Deliver allows you to analyze how recipients respond to your message by detecting and tracking the links that they click in your message.

Deliver provides two reports for examining recipient link click behavior. Depending on the report you select, you can view link click data at the mailing level or at the cell level, as follows:

• The Detailed Link Report provides link click data at the mailing level
• The Detailed Link by Cell Report provides link click data for each cell used by a mailing

Link clicks that are associated with social network sharing are specifically identified in the link tracking reports.

Both reports are available through links in the Message Overview Report.
