Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns.   - Deliver Reports Processing Overview report
    The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.

About modifying reports

You cannot modify the Mailing Execution History report. This report is provided and maintained through HCL Unica.

About modifying Performance reports

Performance reports in Deliver are based on IBM® Cognos® BI, and using them requires that you have installed IBM® Cognos® BI in your local environment.

Although it is possible to use IBM® Cognos® BI to modify the standard Deliver performance reports, to preserve their expected behavior, Unica recommends that you exercise caution if you attempt to customize them. Unlike reports based on IBM® Cognos® BI in Campaign, the performance reports in Deliver are not considered sample reports.

If you intend to modify the standard performance reports, you should be thoroughly familiar with concepts and procedures for creating reports using IBM® Cognos® BI and with the data sources that you intend to use. For information about modifying reports using IBM® Cognos® BI, consult documentation from IBM® Cognos®.
