Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns.     The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.

About attributes used for tracking message views

Deliver provides data for viewed messages in the Message Overview Report. For each mailing in the report, and for each cell in the mailing, the report results include message view data for the following.

The number of times all recipients have viewed the message
Total number of recipients that have viewed the message
Message view rate

The message view rate is calculated by comparing the number of recipients that have viewed the message at least once to the total number of recipients that received email as part of the mailing.
