Re-Ordering previous order

Use the Customer Service Hub for re-ordering a previous order. You can login as a CSR or Site Admin to re-order.

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to re-order a product.
    Note: Only after selecting a store, the Order management column will be enabled.
  3. Click on the Order Search option and enter the search criteria, then click Search. A list of orders related to the search criteria is displayed.
  4. Click the Order Number for the associated order under the Order Number column. The Order Details page is displayed.
  5. Click the Re-Order option.
    A dialog box pops up for confirmation on re-ordering and a new order is created in pending state.
  6. Follow the steps in Shopping on behalf of a shopper to complete the pending order.
