Cancelling orders

Use the Customer Service Hub to cancel orders. You can login as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or a Site Administrator to cancel any order.

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to cancel any order.
    Note: The Order management column will be enabled only after you select a store.
  3. Click on the Order Search option.
  4. Enter the search criteria and click the Search option. A list of orders related to the search criteria is displayed.
  5. Click the Order Number for the associated order under the Order Number column. The Order Details page is displayed.
  6. Click the Cancel Order option.

Results

A dialog box is displayed to confirm cancellation of the order and the order gets canceled.
