Account Management

The Customer Service hub allows a user to login as CSR or site admin to manage all the accounts for selected store.

Account Management provides authority to CSRs to perform the following actions on accounts that they have access to:
  • Create a new customer
  • Search a customer
  • Shop on behalf of the customer
  • Reset passwords
  • Change account details or status
