Sorting Users

Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Site Admin can now sort the customer search results in ascending or descending order.

Procedure

CSR is now given a Site Admin permissions for CSR tool.
Open Customer Service Hub.
Select a store to browse through it's registered customers and perform sorting.

Note: Only after selecting a store, Account management column will be enabled and you will be able to sort customers.
Provide the minimum required information to find the list of desired customers. Follow Searching shoppers to know more about searching users.
It will list down all the results related to your search on the search table.
You can sort users in ascending or descending orders by clicking on the column name or arrows given for Login ID, First Name, Last Name, and Status.

Note: Users who have created Login ID using special characters won't be given any preference while sorting user with Login ID.

Note: The sorting operation is case insensitive (i.e any upper case character is treated as equal to it's lower case).
