Searching shoppers

The Customer Service Hub enables you to search for shopper for selected stores. You can login as a CSR or Site Admin to search any shopper for selected stores.

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to search a customer.
    Note: The Account management column is only enabled after you select a store. Once you have selected a store you can change the account details.
  3. To find the list of required shoppers, click on Customer Search and provide any one of the information mentioned below:
    • The Login ID of the shopper.
    • Valid Email Address of the shopper.
    • The Last name of the shopper
    • The Zip code/ Postal code.
    • The Phone number of the shopper.
    This will list all the results related to your search on the search results table.
  4. You can also enable the Advanced search button, to search shoppers by different categories. You can search shoppers by:
    • Providing Login ID, First Name, and Last Name.
    • Using the Search by Contact details option, and providing the Email address or Phone number.
    • Using Search by Address Details option. and providing the Street Address, Zip/Postal code, State/Province, or Country.
  5. Click the Searchbutton and a list of shoppers is displayed in the search results table that match the search criteria. The Search results table shows the Login ID, First Name, Last Name, Address, and Status.
    Note:
    • You can sort the shoppers on the search tresults able in ascending and descending orders. Follow Sorting Users for more information.
    • If the search returns no results, a message will be displayed on the search results page along with a Create a new Customer link. Click on the Create a new customer link which redirects to the Add a new Customer page. You can also click on Edit Search button to modify your filter criteria for running the search again.
