Disable account

Use the Customer Service Hub to disable any account by logging in as a CSR or Site Admin.

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to disable an account.
    Note: Only after selecting a store, Account management column will be enabled and you will be able to disable any account.
  3. Click on Customer Search. Enter the search criteria and click Search. A list of shoppers related to the search criteria will be listed in search table.
  4. From the list of shoppers from the search results, go to Actions > Disable Account or click the Login ID of the shopper whose account you want to disable. Thi sopens the Customer Information page.
  5. Click Disable Account and a popup window opens.
  6. Click Disable Account to proceed with disabling an account.

Results

The shopper's account is disabled and you cannot shop or reset password for that shopper unless the account is enabled again.
