HCL Commerce Version 9.1.7.0 or later

Sorting Orders

A new feature is implemented in Customer Service hub which allows Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Site Admin to sort orders in ascending or descending order.

Procedure

  1. CSR is now given a Site Admin permissions for CSR tool.
  2. Open Customer Service Hub.
  3. Select a store for which you want sort orders.
Note: Only after selecting a store, Account management column will be enabled and you will be able to sort orders.
  4. Provide the minimum required information to find the list of desired orders. Follow Searching Orders to know more about searching orders.
  5. It will list down order search results related to your search on the search table.
  6. You can sort orders in ascending or descending orders by clicking on the customer name or arrows given for Order number, Order date, Login ID, and Status.
  7. In case of B2C store, if you login as a guest user to place an order, Login ID will be blank for Order Search result page. In such cases, if you sort users using Login ID, the data related to guest user won't be displayed on the search table. For example, there are 15 entries shown on the page when guest user had logged in. If you try to sort user with Login ID (either ascending or descending order) you will see only 14 entries on the search table.
