Completing a pending order

Use the Customer Service Hub to complete any pending order by logging in as a CSR or Site Admin.

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to complete the pending order.
    Note: Only after selecting a store, the Order management column will be enabled.
  3. Click on the Order Search and enter the search criteria.
  4. Click the Search option and a list of orders related to the search criteria is shown.
  5. Click the Order Number for the associated order under the Order Number column to complete the order. This displays the Order Details page.
  6. Click the Lock Order option before proceeding further.
    Note: Ensure you lock an order to avoid multiple shoppers completing the same order.
  7. Once the order is locked, click the Checkout as the shopper option.
  8. Continue with Shopping on behalf of a shopper to complete the order.
