Searching Orders

Use Customer Service Hub to search for any order for selected stores. You can login as a CSR or Site Admin to search any order for selected stores..

Procedure

  1. Open Customer Service Hub.
  2. Select a store for which you want to search for an order.
    Note: Only after selecting a store, Account management column will be enabled and you will be able to search for any order.
  3. To find the list of required orders, click on Order Search and provide any one of the information mentioned below:
    • Order Number
    • Customer Login ID or
    • Provide the Start date and End date selected while placing an order.
  4. It will list down order search results related to your search on the Order Search Results page.
  5. You can also enable the Advanced search button, to search an order by different categories.
    • You can search user by providing Order Number, Customer Login ID, or Start, and End date.
    • You can Search by Recipient details. Provide First Name, Last Name, Email address or Phone number to search any order.
    • You can Search by Shipping Address Details. Provide Street Address, Zip/Postal code, State/Province, or Country.
  6. Click Search and it displays a list of orders on search table that match the search criteria.
  7. Search table shows Order Number, Order Date, Shipping Address, Recipient, Login ID, and Status.
    Note: You can sort the orders on search table in ascending and descending orders. Follow Sorting Orders for more information.
  8. If your search returns with no result, you can Edit Search to find an order.
