Removing a block on an order
You can remove manual blocks on an order that has a status of Pending or Edit. Automatic blocks can only be removed on the WebSphere Commerce Server by an authorized administrator.
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the order with the block that you want to remove.
- On the Order page of the Order editor, click Block.
- On the Order Blocks page, perform the following actions for each
block that you want to remove:
- Select the block that you want to remove.
- Select Resolved in the Status field.
- Click Update.
- Click OK.
