Canceling an order

You can cancel an order before it has been submitted or between submission and fulfillment.


  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find the order that you want to cancel.
  4. On any of the Order editor pages, click Cancel Order. You will be prompted to comment on the reason for canceling the order.
  5. Type your comments in the Comments field, and click OK.
