Modifying an order

This section explains how to modify an order.


  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find the order that you want to modify.
  4. If this order has already been submitted, click Edit (Ctrl+E, Ctrl+O).
  5. Optional: If the customer is a guest customer, and the order's state is Pending or Edit, you can click Register to register them as a new customer.
  6. Perform any of the following actions:
