IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce
Orders
You can use the IBM Sales Center to create an order for a new or existing customer by beginning with a new order. Alternatively, you can create a new order based on the information in an existing order or quote. You can also modify many of the details in an existing order (such as item quantities, shipping addresses, payment methods, and so on) after the order is submitted but before all items in the order have been fulfilled. In addition, you can view and work with merchandising associations related to the items in an order as well as view marketing promotions that might be of interest to the customer.

Configuring a dynamic kit
If the IBM Sales Center is integrated with an external product configurator, you can configure a dynamic kit and add it to an order or quote.

If the IBM Sales Center is integrated with an external product configurator, you can configure a dynamic kit and add it to an order or quote.

Note: Dynamic kit integration with WebSphere Commerce and Sterling Configurator is not supported in Sales Center.

Procedure

Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
Select a store.
Create or find the order or quote for which you want to configure a dynamic kit.
Go to the Order Items or Quote Items page.
Select the dynamic kit in the order or quote items table.
Select Configure from the menu next to the Find button.
Click the Apply button to apply your changes before clicking on the Payment page.
Modify any further information as necessary.
Click Submit or Complete Quote.
