Selecting and clearing a store

After you log on to the IBM Sales Center, you must select one or more stores to work with before you can do most other tasks related to orders, customers, organizations, quotes, and products. Once selected, a store remains available for use in both the Stores view and the Store menu. When you finish working with a store, you can clear it from view.


  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click Store > Select (Ctrl + S).
    • Click the Open Store icon (Open Store icon) in the Stores view.
  3. Select one or more stores, and then click OK.
