Adding and viewing order comments

You can add comments to any order for other Customer Service Representatives to see. These comments can also be sent to the customer.


  1. Create, modify, or find the order you want to work with.
  2. Click the Comments page in the order editor. You will see a table which contains any comments that have been added to the order.
  3. Optional: Click Add to add a comment to the order. Enter your comments in the text entry area.
  4. Optional: Check Send this comment to Customer and enter the customer's email address.
  5. Optional: Click OK.
