Modifying block information

You can modify manual blocks on an order that has a status of Pending, Pending payment authorization, or Edit. Automatic blocks can only be modified on the WebSphere Commerce Server by an authorized administrator.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Find the order with the block that you want to modify.
  4. On the Order page of the Order editor, click Block.
  5. On the Order Blocks page, perform the following actions for each block that you want to modify:
    1. Select the block that you want to modify.
    2. Change the block's status or comments.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Click OK.
