Adding a shipping or billing address
To add a new shipping or billing address to a customer profile:
Procedure
- Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
- Select a store.
- Find the customer for whom you want to add a shipping or billing address.
- Go to the Addresses page of the Customer editor.
- Click Add.
- On the New Address page:
- Enter a unique address nickname and associated address information.
- Select the appropriate address type.
- Click OK.
