Creating an order from an existing order

This section explains how to create an order from an existing order.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select a store.
  3. Optional: Perform one of the following actions:
    • Find the order on which you want to base the new order, and then select it in the Stores view or Order editor.
    • Find the customer for the order on which you want to base the new order, and then select the customer in the Stores view.
  4. Click Order > Create from Existing.
  5. If the information in the Existing order field is not correct, perform one of the following actions:
    • Enter the ID of the order on which you want to base the new order.
    • Click Find to search for the ID of the order on which you want to base the new order.
  6. Optional: Select Preserve payment instructions.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Modify the order as necessary.
  9. Click the Apply button to apply your changes before clicking on the Payment page.
  10. Click Submit.
