Email contact and response data

Deliver records tracking data for entire mailings, for individual email messages, and for specific events associated with each email message. Email responses, including data for email opens and link clicks to external web sites appear in these tracking tables. For example, the UCC_Response table stores information on message bounces, ISP feedback, out-of-office responses, and unsubscribe requests.

The Deliver Response and Contact Tracker (RCT) processes response data and forwards it to the Deliver system tables. The RCT is installed in your local network as part of your Campaign installation. By default, the RCT requests response data from the hosted environment every 5 minutes, but this polling interval is configurable.
