Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. Deliver integrates with Unica Campaign and with secure message composition, transmission, and tracking resources that are hosted by Unica.

To send personalized message to each member of your target audience, you conduct a Deliver messaging. Deliver provides several different ways to perform a messaging run .
Sending transactional email messages
A transactional message is a single message that is sent in response to a specific, predetermined transaction that is detected in your business systems. Transactional messages tend to have higher open rates than other types of marketing message. Message recipients are more likely to open a message that is related to a transaction they recognize or expect than they are to open an unsolicited message. Unica provides the Deliver Transactional messaging Service (TMS) as a hosted web service to process transactional messages.
About enabling mailings for transactional email
Transactional messages are based on standard messagings that have been enabled for transactional message. You enable a messaging for transactional message in Campaign, on the Summary Mailing tab. Consult the Deliver Mailings page to see which messagings are enabled for transactional message.
About system delays when changing transactional message status
When you enable or disable a messaging for transactional message, the Deliver TMS requires a short delay to change status.

About system delays when changing transactional message status

When you enable or disable a messaging for transactional message, the Deliver TMS requires a short delay to change status.

Allow time when disabling messagings for transactional messagel before updating the messaging or editing associated documents and lists. It typically takes about 60 seconds for the system to complete the disabling process and stop processing transactional message requests.

The system experiences a brief delay when you start or restart sending transactional message. It takes approximately 60 seconds for the TMS to completely enable the transactional message features and begin processing transactional message requests.
