Adherence to Contact Central preferences

When you enable Contact Central from Affinium|ContactCentral|navigation and select Regional preference on the Campaign summary page, production and scheduled mailings sent from Deliver adhere to the Capacity and Regional Preferences defined in Contact Central.

For adherence with Contact Central's Capacity and Regional Preference, you must enable Contact Central in the Unica Configuration page at Affinium|ContactCentral|navigation and select the appropriate Regional Preference in Campaign.

When sending messages (Email, SMS, Whatsapp, or Push notifications) via Deliver, if the Capacity is insufficient, or if you are sending ad-hoc or scheduled messages outside business hours or on a non-working day, the message is not sent and you will see an appropriate error message.
Note: The adherence to Contact Central's Capacity and Regional Preference does not apply to Deliver's Transactional and Test mailings.

If Contact Central is enabled and if the Regional preference is not selected on the Campaign summary page, mailings will not adhere to any regional or capacity preferences and mailing will execute as it is.
