
Creating a user - CSS/CSR
Use Management Center Tools to create a new user. If you have logged in as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Customer Service Supervisor (CSS), follow the steps given in this document for creating a new user.

Before you begin
- In case if the shopper is created for Emerald/Sapphire store from CMC, user will not
be able to login from the Emerald/Sapphire store. This happens because the password
created while creating a shopper gets expired. To overcome this error, shopper has to
reset the password entered while creating a shopper.Workaround: To reset the already existing password follow the steps given below:
- Open Management Center Tools
- From hamburger menu, select .
- Users landing page opens. It list down all the existing users.
- Search the user to update an existing information. You can search the user by entering the Login ID, Last name, Parent Organization, Email, Phone in Search field. All the users related to the search will get listed.
- Click on Login Id to change the information. Edit User page opens.
- In the Account information filed you can update the password:
- In the Password stepper, update the already existing
password for the shopper:
- Password should be 8 characters in length.
- It should consist of minimum one letter.
- Click Save to save the updated password. Shopper can now login from Emerald/Sapphire store successfully.
- In case if the shopper is created for Emerald store from CMC, then the Login ID must be an Email ID. Emerald only accepts Email ID while login, if user provides Login ID in any other format from CMC then it will not be accepted from Emerald store. Hence, shopper will not be able to login from Emerald.
