Viewing unsent messages

Unsent messages can be viewed in the Management Center Tools.


  1. Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click System Administration > Messages.
  2. A list of all the unsent Message ID's is displayed on the screen.
  3. Click on Show filters. From Transport filter, select the transport mode to receive the message.
  4. Click on Show filters, from Status filter select the status:
    The retry value is zero.
    The retry value is greater than zero.
  5. Click Search. A Message ID can be entered to search the message status of the particular request. Click on Message ID and a Resend message page is displayed with Message Details of the unsent message and Configuration.
