Viewing sent messages

Sent messages can be viewed in the Management Center Tools.


  1. Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click System Administration > Messages.
  2. A list of all the unsent Message ID's is displayed on the screen. Click Show filters and select Archived.
  3. Click on Show filters. From Transport filter, select the transport mode to receive the message.
  4. The Message Management home page displays the list of all sent messages.
