Resending a message

You can resend unsent messages in the Management Center Tools.


  1. Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click System Administration > Messages.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. Click Search. A Message ID can be entered to search the message status of the particular request. Click on Message ID and a Resend message page is displayed with Message Details and Configuration.
  4. Modify the appropriate fields for the message.
  5. Click Finish. The message is resent.
