Deleting SKUs

When you delete a SKU, all associated attribute values for that SKU are also deleted. If there is a pending transaction against a product SKU marked for deletion, the SKU is not deleted from the system until the pending transaction is resolved.


  1. Open the Catalogs tool.
  2. From the explorer tree, select a catalog.
  3. Find the SKU you want to delete.
  4. In the explorer tree or list view, right-click the SKU; then click Delete.
    A confirmation dialog displays. Product SKUs are not visible in the explorer tree only in the list. Category SKUs are visible in the explorer tree.
  5. Click Yes.
    The selected SKU is removed.
