Suspending active contracts

Occasionally, there is a need to prevent a buyer organization from purchasing under a contract for a brief time. An account representative can suspend a contract at any time.

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools and from the hamburger menu, click Manage Accounts > Accounts and Contracts.
  2. Click Accounts. The Account list page displays containing business accounts currently defined for the selected store.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the business account that has the contract you want to suspend. Click Contracts. The Contract List page displays, containing contracts that are currently defined for the selected business account. From Actions menu, click on three vertical dots. A list of actions that can be performed on the selected contract displays.
  4. Click Suspend. The page displays the updated status of the contract.
