Creating a return

When a customer call has been received and you wants to create a return:

Procedure

  1. Log on to the IBM Sales Center.
  2. Select the store that the merchandise is being returned to.
  3. Optional: Find the customer. If you do not select the customer now, you will be prompted to search for the customer when you create the return.
  4. Optional: Find the order that the customer wants to return order items from.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • Select Create from the Return menu
    • From the Order menu, select Create return from order. You will be able to enter an order number.
    • Select Find Order Item from the Returns menu. A search dialog box opens. You can enter the order number. Once the order has been found you can select order items from it, which will be added to the new return.
