Approving a return

When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. This section is about how to approve a return. Returns can be manually approved by someone who has the authority to approve returns for the store, such as the Customer Service Supervisor.

Procedure

  1. Find the return you want to approve. It must already have been submitted for approval.
  2. Select the Summary page in the return editor to view the summary information
  3. Optional: Enter any comments you want to add to the return.
  4. Click the Approve button to approve the return.
