Editing a return

When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. A CSR can also create an adhoc return for B2C starter store. If the customer does not want this behavior, they can write customization to restrict it.

Procedure

  1. Find the return you want to edit.
  2. If the return is in the NEW state, the return is ready to be edited. Otherwise, you can click the Edit button for a return which is pending approval, approved, currently edited by a customer, or currently edited by a store.
