Submitting a return

When a customer is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, they can call a customer service representative (CSR) to create a return. A CSR can create, view and edit returns. This section is about submitting a return.


  1. Find or create the return you want to submit.
  2. Add at least one return item to the return.
  3. Select the Summary page in the return editor to view the summary information
  4. Optional: Enter any comments you want to add to the return.
  5. Optional: Change the credit method using the list.
  6. Click the Submit button to submit the return for approval.
