The Overall view offers a comprehensive outlook on user experience, amalgamating both device and application performance metrics. Users can gauge the overall satisfaction level, which is depicted on a scale ranging from 0 to 10. This dashboard provides a visual representation of how different factors influence the overall user experience.

  • Frustrating (0 - 3): Indicates a poor user experience.
  • Tolerating (3 - 7): Represents an average user experience.
  • Good (7 - 10): Signifies a satisfactory user experience.

This view contains following reports/widgets:

  • Overview of Devices: Provides a summary of devices being utilized. Gives Overall Good Experience, Devices Overall Tolerating Experience Devices, Overall Frustrating Experience Devices.
  • Overall Exp. Rating by City: Displays the average user experience rating across different cities.
  • Device Count by City: Shows the distribution of devices in each city.

Experience Optimization - Overall - Overall Experience Rating by OS/ Device Count by OS Version / Overall Experience Rating Over Time

  • Overall Experience Rating by OS: Illustrates the experience rating for various OS versions, where a higher value suggests a better experience.
