Application Drilldown

The Application Drilldown feature helps users to gain comprehensive insights into application usage, crashes, response time, failed connections, performance, and reliability. With drill-down capability, users can access detailed data in a grid format for thorough analysis and investigation. All the reports in the DEX module will have drill down capability to view the data in grid format.

This dashboard contains following views:

• Number of Application Users Over Time: This report presents the number of application users over time, providing insights into application usage trends. The drill-down capability allows users to access detailed user-level data, facilitating targeted interventions and optimization strategies.
• Application Crashes Over Time: This report visualizes the occurrences of application crashes over time. With drill-down functionality, users can explore individual crash incidents, analyze root causes.
• Connection Established Time: This report displays the response time for establishing connections over time.
• Failed Connections: This report presents the number of failed connections over time, providing insights into connectivity issues affecting application usage.
• Users with Devices having Application Crashes: This report presents users with devices experiencing application crashes.
• Number of Applications Used Over Time: This report visualizes the number of applications used over time.
